Reporting Water Framework Directive 2010: summaries on increasing trends in pollutants in groundwater bodies per WFD basin

These summary datasets provide information on the increasing trends of pollutants in each groundwater body.
- EURBDCode: basin code,
- EUGroundWaterBodyCode: water body code,
- GWB_NAME: name of the body of water,
- LinkSurfaceWaterBodies: link with bodies of surface water;
- LinkTerrestrialEcosystems: link with terrestrial ecosystems.
The upward trend is indicated for the following quality elements:

Member States shall use monitoring and operational monitoring data to identify long-term upward trends in concentrations of pollutants induced by anthropogenic activity and reversals of these trends, in accordance with the Water Framework Directive in Article.2.4.4:
the base year or period from which the identification of trends is to be calculated shall be determined. Trends shall be calculated for a mass or, where appropriate, a group of bodies of groundwater. Trend reversals must be demonstrated by statistical data and their level of confidence must be associated with identification.
