Description
Digital nationwide database of the relevant noise barriers used to calculate the 2022 noise maps in accordance with the EU Environmental Noise Directive (2002/49/EC, 34. BImSchV) is used. The factual data inventory contains the attributes relevant for a noise calculation according to BUB (calculation method for ambient noise from ground-level sources) for each element. The geometry should represent the respective central axis of the building at the highest point and is adapted in its detail to the acoustic requirements and the modelling. The altitude data are to be understood as altitude over terrain (not above NN) and are part of the factual data table. The noise barriers of the agglomerations Hannover, Hildesheim, Braunschweig, Osnabrück, Oldenburg and Göttingen are not. As part of this data set, this also applies to the noise barriers associated with the federal state of Bremen.
