Development plans City of Buchholz in the Nordheide
Description
In the city of Buchholz in the Nordheide, approx. 120 development plans are legally binding (status: September 2011). These are divided into the city and the towns of the city. These B plans contain legally binding requirements for the structural use of an area of the city. They are statutes in city law. Textual justifications are available as a separate PDF if available. They are not available throughout the country. In areas without a development plan, the building is governed by § 34 (internal area) or § 35 (external area) BauGB. Planning procedures are constantly being drawn up or modified.
