Description
The amount of the average annual rent payment in the way of permanent use of agricultural land in the municipalities in the territory of the province of Blagoevgrad in BGN/dekar for the previous business year 2018-2019, due for the marketing year 2019-2020, is calculated on the basis of more than half of the contracts entered with the Registry Office and registered with the Municipal Office of Agriculture, in accordance with §2f of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ownership and Use of Agricultural Land Act.
