REDIAM. WMS HIC 9240-1 Mediterranean Avellanedas (+)
Description
WMS service corresponding to the Habitat of Community Interest proposed as a priority for Andalusia 9240-1. It corresponds to formations dominated by hazelnuts (Corylus avellana) that develop on substrates rich in bases, in very humid environments from the macroclimatic point of view. Hazelnut trees that appear as riverbank formations are not considered part of this HIC, but only those located in ravines, slopes and other situations outside riverbeds. These formations are interesting from the botanical point of view since they contain a significant number of Euro-Siberian species that are rare in our region.
