Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Mühlöschle (Amendment)” of the municipality of Heiligenberg from XPlanung 5.0. Description: § 4 General Residential Areas (WA); BP “Mühlöschle, Change”; Repeal of the BPlan concerns only the text of the statutes of 25 January 1990.
