SGB II - incapacitated beneficiaries (WMS service)
Description
All persons within a community of needs who are not yet of working age (under the age of 15) or are unable to work for at least three hours a day under the usual conditions of the general labour market due to their health capacity and possible legal restrictions can receive benefits as incapacitated members of a community of needs in case of need. Incapacitated persons are entitled to social benefits. Social benefits are included in the minimum social security benefits.
