Description
The basis is the Real Estate Cadastre (ALKIS). The house surrounds (HU) are managed in the shape format according to the data format description of the central office house coordinates, house surrounds and 3D building models (ZSHH). HU are objects with georeferenced surrounding polygons and include the ALKIS object types AX_Gebaeude, AX_Turm, AX_BauwerkOderAnlageFuerIndustrieUndGewerbe,
AX_storage storage building, AX_buildingOderAnlageFuerSportFreizeitUndErholung (not in B-W), AX_OtherBauwerkOderOderOderOderOderOderOderOderHistorischesBauwerk. The surrounds contain no design geometries, no roofs and no underground buildings.
