With the establishment of the development plan Jeversen No. 7 “WABCO-Testbahn” the planning requirements for the construction of a new administrative building including parking spaces are to be created as well as for the construction of an additional access or entry for the actual test track. In parallel, the 5th modification of the land use plan will be carried out in order to create appropriate foundations for the project at the level of the preparatory planning of construction management.
