Description
The Pohjois-Savo wellbeing services county opens its purchase invoice data in the avoindata.fi service. The latest data will be published after the financial statements have been completed.
For data protection reasons, paid grants, service voucher purchases and purchase invoices containing personal data have been removed from the data. Due to the restrictions made, the amounts cannot be directly compared to the budget of the wellbeing services county or the actual costs. The data is extracted at the row level, in which case the total amount per invoice is obtained by adding up rows containing the same DocId value.
