Development plan Lohbrügge 10 2nd change Hamburg
Description
Section 2(8) of the Lohbrügge 10 Building Plan Act of 22 February 1977 (HmbGVBl. P. 42), last amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 505), is replaced by the following:
8. In the core areas, money- or gambling-oriented entertainment venues, brothels, brothel-like establishments as well as demonstration and business premises whose purpose is aimed at depictions or acts of sexual character are prohibited. The authorised betting offices shall continue to be permitted; they may extend their floor area by up to 10 per cent of the authorised floor area; a change of use to one of the uses referred to in sentence 1 is excluded; the building stock may be redesigned or replaced by a corresponding new building; the authorised areas for shop windows and advertising shall not be enlarged.’
