Development plan Lohbrügge 10 2nd amendment Hamburg

Description

Paragraph 2(8) of the Law on the Lohbrügge 10 development plan of 22 February 1977 (HmbGVBl. 42), as last amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. pp. 494, 505), is replaced by the following: "8. In the core areas, money or gambling-oriented entertainment venues, brothels, brothel-like establishments as well as demonstration and business premises, the purpose of which is aimed at representations or acts of a sexual nature, are prohibited. Approved betting offices shall remain admissible; they may each extend their floor area by up to 10 per cent of the approved floor area; a change of use to one of the uses mentioned in sentence 1 is excluded; the existing building stock may be structurally redesigned or replaced by an appropriate new building; the authorised areas for shop windows and advertising shall not be enlarged."
