GDR data on undeclared work 2014 — criminal convictions within the meaning of § 149(2) no. 4 GewO — New entries
Description
With the overview GZR data on undeclared work 2014, the Federal Office of Justice submits the result of evaluations of the final criminal court convictions registered in 2014 in the partial register of natural persons concerning criminal court convictions registered in accordance with Section 149(2) No. 4 of the Trade Code (GewO). The data set contains all final criminal court convictions for a criminal offence pursuant to Sections 10 and 11 of the SchwarzArbG (Black ArbG), §§ 15 and 15a Workers’ Leaves Act (AÜG) or § 266a(1), (2) and (4) of the Criminal Code (StGB), which have been committed in connection with or in connection with the exercise of a trade or the operation of another economic undertaking, if for imprisonment of more than three months or a fine of more than ninety daily rates (Section 149(2) No 4 GewO) and which were entered in the commercial centre register for the evaluation year.
