Development plan Blankenese 35-Suelldorf 20 Hamburg
Description
The development plan Blankenese 35/Sülldorf 20 for the scope between Blankeneser- and Rissener Landstraße and Anne-Frank-Straße, as well as Waldpark Marienhöhe (Altona district, districts 223 and 225) is established.
The plan area shall be limited as follows:
Blankeneser Landstraße-Rissener Landstraße-northwest borders of parcels 3634, 3635 and 3636, northeast borders of parcels 3636 and 3637, northern boundary of parcel 5016 of the Dockenhuden-Sülldorfer Mühlenweg-North boundary of parcels 3447 and 323 to 327 of the Dockenhuden area, north and east of the landmark 866 of the Sülldorf area, east boundary of parcel 328, over parcel 299 (Marienhöhe), northern boundary of parcels 331 to 333 of the Dockenhuden area, north-west border and north-east boundary of the parcel 1909 of the Sülldorf area, northern boundary of parcels 4362, 3818, 335, 3866, 343, 3789 and 346, eastern boundary of the landmark Dockenhuden-Anna-Hollmann-Weg-Anne-Frank-Straße-East boundary of parcel 206 of the Dockenhuden area.
