Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Saiberg-Specken II (Section 2)” of the municipality of Malterdingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The planned area is located in the west of the village centre in extension of Mönchhofgasse. The construction area will thus form the north-eastern and eastern outskirts of the village until further notice.
