Rivers

Description

The topic was developed by the environmental office of the state capital Dresden and is updated annually. It is a data and map basis for the location and names of all rivers within the meaning of the Saxon Water Act in Dresden except the Federal Waterway Elbe. In the case of development projects and other uses in the area of water bodies, the legal provisions must be observed and the Lower Water Authority must be involved. Note: Only water/water sections within Dresden are shown. If water sections outside Dresden are also required, the topic group Water Network must be used. This dataset can be used in accordance with the terms of use Data License Germany - Attribution - Version 2.0 (http://www.govdata.de/dl-de/by-2-0). No liability is assumed for the accuracy of the data, in particular the state capital Dresden assumes no liability for third-party results collected or calculated using this data.
