Urban Development Plan (StEP) Climate 2.0
Description
The StEP Klima 2.0 is dedicated to spatial and urban planning approaches to dealing with climate change. It describes the spatial priorities for climate adaptation through a spatial mission statement and four approaches to action: for existing and new buildings, for green and open spaces, for synergies between urban development and water as well as with regard to heavy rain and flood protection. And it shows where and how the city is to be cooled by blue-green measures, where relief and potential spaces are located, in which synergies for the water balance can be tapped by urban development projects.
