Development Plan Bramfeld 48 1st Amendment Hamburg

Description

The Bramfeld 48 Development Plan Act of 21 January 1980 (HmbGVBl. 14), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. pp. 494, 505), is amended as follows: 1. The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Act on the Bramfeld 48 Development Plan" is added to the Act. 2. In § 2(1), the following sentences are added: "Retail establishments other than mail-order establishments shall be prohibited. Exceptionally, retail trades in connection with craft and manufacturing businesses, as well as businesses that trade in motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and equally space-consuming articles including accessories or with building materials, tools, gardening equipment or other construction and gardening supplies, are permitted to exhibit or store these articles. Excluded from this are the hatched areas of parcels 2325 and 2328 of the district Bramfeld. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479), shall apply.’
