Description
WMS service corresponding to Habitat of Non-Priority Community Interest 92A0-2. It corresponds to willow trees predominantly shrubs or arborescent that occupy high courses and generally of small entity, with continuous or temporary flow. Among them we find black willows (Salix atrocinerea), wickers (Salix eleagnos and S. purpurea) and willows of S. salviifolia and salix pedicellata that appear in medium or low courses, usually as a degradation stage or for their better ability to tolerate the loss of flow, especially in the Mediterranean region. Although they may represent the potential vegetation of the channels they occupy, they also frequently appear as secondary vegetation in the most important courses resulting from forest degradation. Likewise, many of the willow groves are established as the first band of hydrophilic vegetation, ahead of the ash groves, alisedas, alamedas, olmedas, etc. Node of the Andalusian Environmental Information Network.
