Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “On the Lugen (1st Amendment)” of the municipality Grenzach-Wyhlen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Expansion to the east as a general residential area, partly amendment of the building regulations.
