Number of adults with disabilities by functional impairment, age, gender

Description

Selected information on adult persons with disabilities for whom a decision of the State Medical Commission for the Assessment of Health Condition and Working Ability (VDEĀVK) on a specific disability is in force during the reporting period. Statistical data is obtained from the welfare information system LabIS. The age of a person shall be determined by the end of the reference period or by the date of death of the person. A person may have several groups of disability at the same time. The information includes the total number of adult persons with disabilities, broken down by disability groups, ages, genders and for whom the decision of the VDEĀVK is in force during the reporting period.
