Overview of statistical data of municipalities, neighbourhoods and neighbourhoods in the Netherlands. Data available on: 2019. Status of figures: Final, unless it is explicitly stated in the explanatory note to the subject that these figures are provisional. Changes as of May 2024 The figures on ownership (rental and owner-occupied homes) within the housing theme have been corrected. In 2023, it was found that the derivation of rental housing owned by housing corporations for the years 2019 to 2022 was not always correct, as a result of which the number of rental housing owned by housing corporations was underestimated in some municipalities in specific years and the number of rental housing owned by other landlords was overestimated. Changes as of December 2023 Within the income theme, the figures on the median wealth of private households have been revised as a result of an error in the source files of the student debts (= wealth). This results in small differences in the median capacity for 2019 and 2020. Changes as of June 2023 In the area of motor vehicles, the data have been revised from 2019 onwards. These have now been calculated on the basis of the new improved selection method, which only included vehicles that were allowed to participate in traffic on the basis of insurance. Previously, some uninsured vehicles were also taken. Section 4 provides a link to the method report explaining and quantifying the differences between the old and new selection methods. Corrected figures have been added within the population theme. The correction is the result of a change in the rounding method. This rounding should be random, which happens independently and randomly. This was not entirely the case, because due to an error in the application of the method, the figures were rounded down more often than up. When making counts on rounded numbers, this gave a distorted picture in some cases. There are also here and there very small shifts in the figures of neighbourhoods and neighbourhoods due to the ‘knowledge of today’: where initially there were no observations and at the time of correction there were. The figures, with the exception of relative figures, have been adjusted for districts and neighbourhoods. The correction does not affect the national or municipal numbers with regard to the subjects mentioned. The correction also does not affect numbers of other topics in the table. When will there be new figures? No further updates are to be expected for this table.
