Domestic Building Energy Rating Data
Description
Building Energy Rating (BER) transaction level data, in JSON format.
API service that returns BER data file for domestic dwellings. Users of the service are required to sign a trusted partner agreement with SEAI, demonstrate eligibility to use the service, and obtain consent from homeowners to retrieve their data.
