Development Plan Bramfeld 6 1st Amendment Hamburg

Description

The Act on the Bramfeld 6 Development Plan of 3 March 1964 (HmbGVBl. 54), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. pp. 494, 495, 496), is amended as follows: 1.Annex to the Regulation amending the Law on the Bramfeld 6 development plan Law added. 2.In § 2, the following point 6 is added: "6. Retail establishments, with the exception of mail-order establishments, are not permitted in the industrial areas. Exceptionally, retail trade in connection with craft and manufacturing businesses, as well as businesses that trade in motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and equally space-consuming articles including accessories or with building materials, tools, gardening equipment or other construction and gardening supplies, are permitted to exhibit or store these articles. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479), is applicable. Point 5 shall remain unaffected in this respect."
