Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Kapellenbach Ost (original)” of the municipality Grenzach-Wyhlen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: General residential area between the railway line and Rheinfelder Straße, as well as Serrnussweg and Am hydropower plant.
