The area is delimited as follows: Brooktorhafen - via parcel 978 (Ericus Bridge) of the district Altstadt Süd - Ericusgraben - eastern boundary of parcel 2074, northern boundary of parcel 961, via parcel 962 (Stockmeyerstraße), 2236 (Pfeilerbahn), 1634, 1636 (Versmannstraße) and 1639 of the district Altstadt Süd - Baakenhafen - via parcel 2192, western boundary of parcel 2192, via parcel 2192, southern boundary of parcel 1021 (Versmannstraße), via parcels 1021 and 2280 of the district Altstadt Süd - Shanghaiallee - via parcels 2165 (Koreastraße) and 2162 of the district Altstadt Süd.
