Description
Code list that defines the allowed values of budget articles from the budget table for the policy areas Culture, Youth and Media. Budget articles form the basis for drawing up, adjusting and implementing the budget of the Flemish Government . A budget groups budget articles into policy areas and within them by organisational form. For each organisational form, the budget table contains a device programme (internal operation of the relevant part of the Flemish government) and one or more programmes for operational appropriations (external operation of the relevant policy area).
