Description
Development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau.
Development plan 1-006 entered into force on 19.1.1955. Its scope lies in the districts of Neuburg and Altstadt.
A development plan contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning and is the central element of construction management planning. The setting-up community regulates where, what and how can be built. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan.
