Land use plan of the municipality of Röderland
Description
The formerly independent municipalities of Prösen, Haida with OT Würdenhain, Saathain, Reichenhain, Stolzenhain a. d. Röder and Wainsdorf (official municipalities of the Röderland Office) decided on 14 November 1996 to draw up a common land use plan as a preparatory development plan pursuant to § 1(3) of the BauGB. It presents the future urban development and type of land use for the entire municipality. In addition to the decision of the municipality concerned to transfer land use planning to the Office, the basis is a public — legal agreement of 14.11.1996, between the municipalities belonging to the office and the Office (Official Committee).
