KLIWAS 2.03: Long-term simulation Tide characteristics for the southern German Bay
Description
KLIWAS 2.03: Climate-related changes in tide characteristics and seagoing statistics in coastal waters. Long-term runs with the Hamburg Shelf Ocean (HAMSOM) hydronumeric model are carried out for the investigations at the Elbe, Ems-Dollart-Borkum and Deutsche Bucht test areas. Based on already made adjustments of HAMSOM, the model structure is to be optimised for estuarine applications. In order to solve the boundary value problem, a link to the HAMSOM North Sea model with numerical methods of modelling should be ensured.
