Description
The service contains several layers: 1. the central supply areas. There are 5 categories, City Center, Urban Area Center, Large District Center, Small District Center, Local Supply Center. 2. Building land cadastre. Provides an overview of the area potentials on larger fallow areas and in smaller gaps for residential, office, commercial and industrial buildings in the urban area. As an instrument of sustainable land management, it takes into account the principle of economical use of land enshrined in the Building Code by showing possibilities for internal development. 3.Commercial and industrial core zones in Düsseldorf are divided into 5 categories: large-scale commercial and industrial settlements, commercial infrastructure facilities, ASB-GE areas according to the regional plan, small-scale closed commercial areas and mixed-use development zones.
