Description
The factual sub-regional plan ‘Regional spatial structure and basic functional priorities’ sets out textual and graphical specifications on spatial structure and basic functional priorities. Basic functional focal points are the most functional districts of suitable municipalities. Only one basic functional focus per municipality may be defined. In accordance with the legal validity of the Partial Regional Plan, these districts will benefit from the enhanced possibilities provided for in the State Development Plan for the Capital Region of Berlin-Brandenburg (LEP HR) in the areas of housing development and the development of large-scale retail trade.
The Regional Assembly of the Oderland-Spree Regional Planning Community decided at the 4th session of the 7th Term of office on 21.06.2021 the Sub-Regional Plan "Regional Spatial Structure and Basic Functional Priorities" as statutes. With its publication in the Official Gazette for Brandenburg No 42/2021 of 27 October 2021, the factual sub-regional plan "Regional spatial structure and basic functional priorities" Oderland-Spree entered into force.
