The download service Wastewater Treatment Plants provides the location of municipal sewage treatment plants and industrial/woven direct inductors as a shapefile for download. According to the Water Resources Act (WHG), discharges of wastewater from sewerage or from wastewater treatment or sewage treatment plants in water are uses for which an official permit is to be granted.
