6. Change land use plan City Peine: Commercial and special area Peine Nord
Description
Section 1(3) of the Building Code gives rise to the need to draw up the land use plan. This concretises the planned urban development, which in turn derives from the objectives of spatial planning and regional planning. At the same time, binding development plans from the land use plan are being developed. With the changes, the land use plan adopted in 2004 will be adapted to the current urban development changes.
