Field blocks with erosion
Description
A field block is a continuous agricultural area with (relatively) permanent external borders and a minimum size of 1000 m2 within the Land of Lower Saxony and Bremen.
• managed by one or more producers
• is ordered with one or more types of fruit
• is fully or partially decommissioned
• separated by the main uses of arable land and grassland.
• small non-agricultural areas > 9 m2 are excluded from the field block as a field block island
• the ALK national border is considered an external field block border
