Cross-mounting made of structural mapping
Description
In Saxony, the water structure of all WFD-relevant flowing waters was recorded in the on-the-spot procedure from 2005-2009. At the same time, as part of the structural mapping, all transverse structures were recorded with coordinates. The survey was carried out on the basis of the categories of structural mapping instructions ‘Water structure ütekartierung in the Federal Republic of Germany’ ‘Procedures for small and medium-sized flowing waters’ (Länderarbeitsgemeinschaft WASSER (LAWA) (ed.), Berlin, 2000), which differs from the survey form of the official cadastre (WEHR database). Isolated post mappings/checks took place in 2009 and 2011.
