On the basis of the order of the Kharkiv Mayor of 21.10.2021, 194 "On Approval of the Regulations on Data Sets of the Kharkiv City Council" the publication of open data sets of the information manager on the Kharkiv Open Data Portal was organized, which according to the automatic Harvesting procedure are placed on the Unified State Open Data Portal in the office of the manager "Kharkiv City Council".
