Peatlands of particular importance for landscape-bound recreation
Description
Moore, among others, carbon-rich sites with particular importance for landscape-bound recreation. The database presents the areas of particular importance for landscape-related recovery for the carbon-rich soils (BHK50) and additional peatland biotopes, which were selected and demarcated within the landscape landscape according to certain criteria as a contribution to the Lower Saxony Landscape Programme (MU 2021). The selection criteria for the demarcation include, for example, the landscape features and attractiveness, the location in protected areas, the special importance as a recreational area.
