Description
The development plan Hamburg-Altstadt 32/HafenCity 1 for the area around Sandtor- and Grasbrookhafen (district of Hamburg-Mitte, district 103) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Northern boundary of parcel 1626 (Sandtorhafen), west and north boundary of parcel 1854, over parcel 1853, eastern boundary of parcel 1847 (Kibbelsteg), over parcel 1853, south and west boundary of parcel 1847 (Kibbelsteg), south, east and south west boundary of the parcel 1772 (Grasbrookhafen), on parcels 1619 (Norderelbe) and 1672, west boundary of the parcel 1626 (sand gate port) of the landmark Altstadt-Süd.
