Estonian Geodetic Point Database
Description
The Estonian Geodetic Point Database (GPA) consists of a digitally maintained database of geodetic points, which contains, among other things, the coordinates and heights of geodetic points and the geodetic materials of the archives of the Land Board.
A web-based database of geodetic points has been opened, where drawings and photos can be found as additional information about the points. The basis for the establishment and maintenance of the Estonian database of geodetic points is the "Establishment of the database of geodetic points and the statutes for the maintenance of the database". This Regulation is enacted on the basis of Section 36(2) of the Spatial Data Act. The source document for entering data in the database is the geodetic work report.
