IED, EPRTR, SEVESO systems HWRM-RL 2. cycle
Description
The flood risk management guideline (HWRM-RL) 2. Cycle 2016 - 2021 identified potentially affected industrial plants for the flood load cases HQFrequently, HQ100, HQextrem.The basis for processing is the dataset Lower Saxony as of 04.10.2018.All industrial plants were recorded in accordance with the Industrial Emissions Directive IED 2010/75/EU, E-PRTR (Pollutant Release and Transfer Register) and the Accidents Directive (twelfth Ordinance to the Federal Immission Control Act of 15 March 2017, implementation of the European Directive 2012/18/EU (Seveso III Directive)) and with regard to possible impacts from flood risk areas, in which all plants located at a distance of up to 200 m were taken into account for the risk assessment.
