2021 Report to Parliament on the Indian Oil and Gas Act, RSC 1985, c I-7
Description
This report provides an overview of the administration of the Indian Oil and Gas Act , RSC 1985, c I-7 (Act). The report is prepared every 2 years in odd years on the anniversary of the coming into force of the Act. Indian Oil and Gas Canada manages and regulates oil and gas resources on designated First Nation lands across Canada and administers the Act.
