Development plan Altona-Altstadt 21 Hamburg
Description
The development plan Altona-Old Town 21 for the scope between Palmaille/Broad Road and the North Elbe (Coolna district, districts 201, 202) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Palmaille — Wide road — Carsten-Rehder-Straße — across parcel 2034, north and east boundary of parcel 644 of the Altona-Southwest area -Buttstraße-East boundary of the parcel 1800 of the Altona-Southwest area -Large Elbstraße-East boundary of parcel 613, southern boundary of parcels 613 and 1221 (Large Elbstraße), via parcel 2117 (Norderelbe), southern boundary of parcel 2113, via parcel 2117 (Norderelbe), southern boundary of parcel 1221 (Große Elbstraße), via parcel 2117 (Norderelbe), southeast and west boundary of parcel 1909, south and west boundary of parcel 1144, western boundary of parcel 1221 (Great Elbstraße), southern boundary of parcel 1143, south and west boundary of parcel 1121, southern boundary of parcel 1115, over parcel 1115, west boundary of parcel 1119 of the Altona-Southwest area.
