Utilization Zone Plan (UZP)
Description
The use zone plan divides the urban area into construction areas and non-construction areas and defines the type of possible use in terms of parcels. The use zone plan is part of the basic building regulations and shows where residential buildings, district centers, office, commercial and industrial buildings can be created. It also designates the areas for public buildings and facilities (schools, hospitals, etc.) as well as open spaces and green spaces.
