List of objects of communal property that are leased or other right of use (with data on the terms of transfer of objects for lease or conditions of other use) before the expiry of the term established by paragraph 6 of section “Final and Transitional Provisions” of the Law of Ukraine “On Lease of State and Municipal Property”
Description
The set contains data on objects of communal property of Uzhgorod City Council, leased or other right of use. The set consists of two resources: listProzorroSales – a list of lease objects, information about which is included in the ProZorro.Sales system; list – a list of lease objects, information about which is not included in the system – Part 9 of Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine “On Lease of State and Municipal Property” (hereinafter – the Law) determines that the lists are published in the electronic trading system. The procedure for leasing state and municipal property, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 3, 2020 No. 483 stipulates that lease agreements are published by the lessor in the electronic trading system (paragraph 81). In accordance with paragraph 6 of the Final and Transitional Provisions of the Law, within 24 months from the date of enactment of the Law, lease agreements (current as of the date of enactment of the Law) shall be published in the electronic trading system. Thus, in pursuance of these legal requirements, all lease objects were entered into the electronic trading system. In connection with the above, data on lease objects, information about which is not included in the electronic trading system can not be published.
