Development plans of the city of Hameln (INSPIRE)
Description
The INSPIRE dataset on *soil use* contains the development plans as a binding part of the land management planning (“building planning”) and by a targeted consideration of the local conditions the land use plan in partial areas (e.g. for a residential area). In development plans, the municipality can determine what is appropriate for an orderly “urban development”, e.g. the type and extent of the development. The drawing and textual determinations are made in a statute, so they are binding on the citizen. Furthermore, areas were identified on the basis of the 34 statutes, local building regulations, statutes on the conservation of construction facilities and the specific nature of the area of the old town (conservation statutes) and refurbishment statutes.
