Description

The map gives indications of areas that may be affected by the specifications below. The card is not legally binding and does not represent a claim to completeness. There may be gaps, especially for small rivers. Pursuant to Sections 5(3), first sentence, and 13a(5). The following requirements apply to the application of nitrogenous or phosphate-containing fertilisers, soil aids, growing media and plant aids: • In the case of a slope on the first 20 m to the upper edge of the slope of a body of water of an average = 5 %: No fertilisation at a distance of 3 m from the upper edge of the slope and other management requirements within a distance of 3 to 20 m from the upper edge of the slope. • In the case of a slope on the first 20 m to the upper edge of the slope of a body of water of on average = 10 %: No fertilisation at a distance of 10 m from the upper edge of the slope and other management requirements within a distance of 10 to 30 m from the upper edge of the slope. • In the case of a slope on the first 30 m to the upper edge of the slope of a body of water of on average = 15 %: No fertilisation at a distance of 10 m from the upper edge of the slope and other management requirements within a distance of 10 to 30 m from the upper edge of the slope. The map was created on the basis of field blocks, impact geometries, surface waters of the ATKIS DLM25 and the Digital Terrain Model for Lower Saxony in a 1 m grid (DGM 1). When selecting areas on the basis of this data, dykes as well as flowering and water protection strips are also recorded and displayed in the map. Obstacles to drainage were not taken into account in the area selection.
