Public toilets (WMS service)
Description
The Office for Building Construction and Real Estate Management of the State Capital Dresden is responsible as a specialist office for the planning and construction of urban building projects as well as their construction maintenance. The tasks include new construction as well as modernization and repair measures on existing buildings, including technical building equipment. The Office is responsible for project management and project management of the construction projects in cooperation with commissioned external architecture and engineering offices.
