Description

The Human Capital Management (HCM) Transformation Steering Committee (TSC) is an Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM) level forum that provides strategic oversight and direction for the HCM Transformation Project and related program activities. The HCM TSC is a subcommittee of the Program Management Committee (PMC) and serves as an oversight body for ongoing day-to-day HCM Transformation activities that are not indicated on the PMC Critical Path. The HCM TSC operates in accordance with the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat [Directive on the Management of Projects and Programmes](https://www.tbs-sct.canada.ca/pol/doc-eng.aspx?id=32594). The HCM TSC meets on a bi-weekly basis and is chaired by the Senior ADM of the HCM Solutions Branch and is composed of ADM-level representatives from HCM Pay Administration, HCM Strategy and Integration, as well as representatives from the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat’s Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer and Office of the Comptroller General.
