Development Plan Rahlstedt 5 1st Amendment Hamburg
Description
The law on the development plan Rahlstedt 5 of 1 July 1963 (Hamburgisches Gesetz- und Verordnungsblatt page 117) is amended as follows:
1. In the drawings, the definition of "business area" is changed to the definition of "commercial area" in accordance with §8 of the Building Use Ordinance in the version of 15 September 1977 (Federal Law Gazette I page 1764). Two-storey buildings with a floor area of 0.8 and a floor area of 1.6 are permitted.
2. In § 2(2), the words "and in the business area" are deleted.
3. Section 11(2) of the Building Use Ordinance in the version of 15 September 1977 applies to the special area of "shops".
and business premises whose purpose is aimed at depictions or acts of a sexual nature are inadmissible.
